automatically uploads to a server if you are using a low-end webcam

How to Install a Webcam Yourself:
To install a webcam for use as a traffic cam, you
will need the following:

A web camera

Webcam FTP upload software (may come with camera)

An extension cable if the computer is beyond 4-5
feet from the camera location.

Computer with windows 98 or higher, left on
24/7/365 if possible

OR, alternatively you can purchase an IP camera which is
designed to be used for security. In most cases these IP cameras
can be used to upload photos or video to a server/website.
Once you have everything required, follow
instructions provided to install the camera and software.
